A leading electric company located in Riyadh is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee payroll coordination and compliance with Saudi Labor Law. The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem. This role involves handling HR transactions, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing HR reports. Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem portals.

Responsibilities

Job description

Coordinate and execute HR operations, payroll coordination, and government compliance by processing employee transactions and maintaining accurate records to support consistent implementation of HR policies in line with Saudi Labor Law and group standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Handle and review HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and contracts to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Maintain and ensure employee records and HRIS systems are up to date.
  • Prepare and review regular HR reports, workforce data, and audit documentation for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate payroll processes through employee data validation, ensuring timely and compliant entitlements.
  • Track and follow up on attendance, leave, and time‑related data with departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support administrative services such as medical insurance updates, ID card issuance, and benefits management.
  • Ensure timely enrollment and updates of employees in GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
  • Manage government portals including Qiwa and Muqeem to ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Support organizational structure updates and workforce planning.
