About the Role: To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in sales division by reviewing various documents, preparing of performance reports.

  • Review medical requests to ensure they are covered in policy.
  • Verify bank loans to ensure they are entitled for bank loan.
  • Analyze school fee invoices to ensure they are entitled and the claims match entitlements.
  • Verify documents of salary of new /trial employees from regions to ensure they are paid on month end.
  • Analyze termination & final payment requests from regions to ensure the documents are complete.

Requirements:

  • Must be holding bachelor’s degree.
  • Min 1 year experience in HR/Admin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
  • Able to work with multiple nationalities & diversity.
  • Can manage various tasks at the same time.
  • Must have competencies such as: Polite & pleasing, Positive attitude, Spoken English, Disciplined & organized, Team player.
