We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Officer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
  • Process payroll and benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentially
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws
  • Coordinate performance management processes and training initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
