Role overview

The role of the Human Resources Generalist (Middle East) is to deliver operational, generalist HR support across the Middle East region, with primary responsibility for Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on the consistent delivery of HR processes, payroll coordination, employee relations case management, and compliance with local employment legislation.

Operating within established HR policies and frameworks, and with delegated authority, the role provides hands-on HR support to managers and employees while escalating complex, high-risk, or strategic matters to the Human Resources Business Partner.
