We're Hiring: HR Coordinator (Saudization) – Riyadh, KSA

Company: Madi International

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Coordinator (Generalist) to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a Saudi HR professional who has solid experience handling day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions in KSA and possesses strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.

As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting all HR functions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth HR operations across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across different regions within KSA
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with GRO/PRO for government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.)
  • Support recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance and support
  • Assist in performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with HR insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.)
  • Experience handling multi-location HR support is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office
