Role

As an HR Business Partner based in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for executing HR operations, managing HR systems and employee records, ensuring labor law compliance, and supporting employee engagement programs. You will act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, manage internal HR communications, and work closely with government agencies for regulatory processes and programs. This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic process improvement across key HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, management, and promotion of HR programmes aligned with company needs, objectives, goals, and core values.
  • Focus on aspects such as change management, transition management, conflict management, team development, and various other people‑management interventions to ensure employees remain engaged and committed.
  • Drive and improve HR systems and all aspects relating to HR functions, namely recruitment Saudisation programme, performance management, staff development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and legal issues related to employee contracts.
  • Drive company policies & procedures and liaise with all relevant departments to promote and ensure communication of the HR functions.
  • Manage talent management, performance management, learning & development, employee/labour relations, and compensation & benefits projects.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in IT distribution.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder and business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
  • Experience in an international organisation.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and HRIS tools such as Workday.
