Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies

Employee Relations
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
  • Conduct workplace investigations when necessary
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
  • Maintain confidentiality and document all employee relations matters
Talent Management
  • Support recruitment and selection processes
  • Assist in developing succession plans and career development programs
  • Guide managers in performance review processes

Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
