The Junior HR & Admin Specialist will be the operational backbone of their Riyadh hub, supporting end-to-end HR administration, Saudization reporting, office management, and member-facing coordination. This is a hands‑on role ideal for an organized, proactive Saudi professional eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle HR administration, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, GOSI registration, and Saudization tracking via HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law through accurate MHRSD reporting, visa processing, and end-of-service calculations to maintain Nitaqat Platinum status.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including vendor coordination for cleaning/security/maintenance, inventory management, and supply procurement.
  • Handle administrative logistics such as courier services, travel bookings, mail distribution, and reception duties with a member‑focused approach.
  • Support community event setup and execution for 50+ weekly activities while maintaining facility uptime.
  • Maintain secure employee records and conduct proactive audits to avoid penalties and support scalable growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years experience in HR / admin.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written/spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office + HR platforms.
