Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping team activities.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas for quality.
• Assign duties and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Train, coach and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory control and departmental administration.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager to achieve goals.
