Qualifications

• Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure clean, high-quality guest rooms.
• Experience training and coaching team members to meet standards.
• Experience scheduling shifts and coordinating duties for housekeeping.
• Knowledge of routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to report and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Managing stock of supplies and housekeeping equipment.
• Delighting guests through attentive and proactive service.

• Manage inventory and equipment: Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment
• Delight our guests: Ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests
