Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager in Dammam to lead the hotel’s reservations operations and drive occupancy. You will manage inventory, group blocks, and rate strategies while collaborating with Sales and Events to maximize revenue.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer‑centric mindset. You will generate reports, forecast demand, and coach the reservations team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel reservations operations and revenue management.
  • Ability to manage room inventory, groups, cut-off dates and rate restrictions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events to maximize group bookings and revenue.
  • Proficient in managing third‑party channels and optimizing conversions.
  • Generate and review occupancy, revenue and forecasting reports to inform decisions.
  • Lead and develop front‑line team to maintain service excellence.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage

  • Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue

  • Manage third-party channels: Negotiate rates, manage relationships, and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures with third-party booking sites and agents to maximize conversion

  • Generate reports and forecasts: Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making

  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
