Job summary

Fakieh Tarfeeh Group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all hotel operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Security and Procurement to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires proven hotel leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability while maintaining top service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Proven hotel management experience, ideally as GM or senior leader.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Security and Procurement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy and profitability while monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure high guest experience and service standards and handle feedback.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, partners and stakeholders.

Fakieh Tarfeeh Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel's overall daily operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Security, and Procurement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor key hotel KPIs, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience and service quality.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, tourism entities, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, health & safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead workforce planning, employee performance, development, and engagement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, operating expenses, and business plans.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a General Manager or senior hotel leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, sales, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
