Job summary

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics relevant to plumbing and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; inspect and lubricate as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to meet safety standards.
