Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Building & Engineering Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across our Saudi hotels. You will oversee maintenance operations, drive preventative programs, and ensure guest comfort and safety.

This role requires strong managerial skills, hands-on leadership, and a track record in hotel maintenance. You will manage budgets, control costs, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
• Hotel industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Delivers on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved - Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters
