Boutique Group is seeking a Finance professional to manage accounts receivable and credit control in our hospitality operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves enforcing credit policies, assessing customer creditworthiness, and maintaining comprehensive records in Opera/ERP.

Collaboration with senior finance leadership is required to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in a similar role, and proven English

Formación

• Graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance, BA or equivalents.
• 3+ years in a similar finance role.
• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Proficient in English communication and MS applications.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to Boutique group credit policies and help establish procedures.
• Investigate customer creditworthiness and recommend approvals or disapprovals.
• Maintain complete records for each customer containing credit research docs.
• Update approved credit customers in Opera and ERP.
• Communicate defaulters to other SBU Credit Managers and the Director of Finance.
• Set and review credit limits; forward high balance reports by email and verify front office remarks.
• Participate in monthly credit meetings with the Director of Finance.
• Follow up on collection of returned cheques and chargebacks; investigate disputes.
• Ensure AR staff maintains detailed documentation of all collection efforts.
