Job summary

Boutique Group in Riyadh is seeking a Finance and AR professional to manage receivables, enforce credit policies, and support the Director of Finance during his/ her absence. You will handle credit reports, maintain customer records, and ensure accurate invoicing and ERP updates.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external parties, including travel agencies and auditors, to drive timely collections and uphold hospitality industry standards in a dynamic hotel group

Qualifications

• Graduate with accounting/finance degree.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Hospitality industry experience.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Know and observe Boutique Group credit policies and help establish clear credit procedures.
• Investigate customers' credit worthiness through banks, agencies or other establishments and advise on approvals.
• Maintain complete records for each customer with credit research documents.
• Update approved credit customers in Opera and ERP systems.
• Notify relevant managers of defaulters and discuss high balance risks.
• Set and review credit limits for in-house guests and City Ledger balances; circulate high balance reports weekly.
• Attend monthly credit meetings with the Director of Finance.
• Follow up on collections of returned cheques and credit card chargebacks.
• Investigate disputed charges and respond to City Ledger/credit card queries.
• Ensure AR staff maintain detailed documentation for future analysis.
