Job summary

Ennismore’s Rixos Murjana in Saudi Arabia is seeking a reliable AV Technician to support the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, trainings, events, and other hotel activities.

The AV Technician will ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and ready to deliver a high-quality experience for guests and clients, coordinating with the Events & Entertainment team and providing professional technical support during

Qualifications

• Previous experience as AV Technician, preferably in hotel, resort, events venue, or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of audio-visual equipment, sound systems, lighting, projectors, displays, microphones, and videoconferencing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and AV issues.
• Good understanding of cables, connectors, signal flow, and AV setup.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet event deadlines.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during events as required.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Perform equipment testing, inspections, repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all AV equipment is functioning properly and safely before events.
• Provide professional and efficient technical support to guests, clients, and event organizers.
• Coordinate with the Events & Entertainment teams for smooth event operations.
• Maintain inventory and safe storage of AV gear.
• Report damaged or missing equipment to supervisors.
• Attend required training and assist with other duties as needed.
