Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain (Healthcare Experience Required) to own vendor and contract risk from Day-1 and build the procurement capability as QHC scales through startup.

You will lead sourcing, tendering and contract management across medical, technology and facilities, establish governance, risk controls and cost-optimization, and ensure compliant, timely supply of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive procurement and supply-chain experience, especially in healthcare or large projects.
• Experience owning vendor and contract risk and implementing procurement controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement plans aligned with startup priorities and budgets.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and contract management with fairness and auditability.
• Establish supplier relationships, manage onboarding and performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Own vendor risk management including concentration, continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost efficiency and total-cost-of-ownership discipline across procurement decisions.
