Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director, Security Command & Integration to lead the integration of security command, control, intelligence and technology across DSOC. You will drive operational readiness for daily security operations, major events and emergencies.

Role requires extensive leadership in security operations, contract management and security systems integration, with ASIS CPP/CSMP or equivalent preferred. On-site leadership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree essential; Master’s Degree preferred.
• ASIS CPP, CSMP or equivalent senior security certification preferred.
• Experience leading security operations and command centres.
• Proven ability to manage complex security contracts and supplier interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own development and review of long-term security strategy, target operating model and capability roadmap.
• Define integrated security command, control and coordination model and DSOC operations.
• Lead integration of CCTV, access control, alarms, comms and incident management into DSOC workflows.
• Oversee incident, crisis and major event readiness, including exercise planning and execution.
• Govern governance for security contracts, KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance.
