Job summary

Noon Academy is seeking a visionary Head of Schools Program to lead the design and execution of nationwide educational initiatives. You will set the strategic direction, align programs with Noon’s goals, and oversee implementation, partnerships, and performance tracking.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure impact through data‑driven insights. Fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication, and experience in consulting or education leadership are

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including 3–4 years in management consulting.
• Strong problem solving, solution design, and executive reporting.
• Skilled with tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; design tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set program vision and multi‑year plans aligned with Noon’s goals, define KPIs to measure student outcomes, and oversee curriculum and delivery frameworks.
• Program Implementation & Management: Lead cross‑functional teams, manage rollout timelines, quality, and budget for nationwide school programs.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as main liaison with partners, funders, and government; prepare reports and presentations.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track and analyze performance data, drive evidence‑based improvements, and share insights and success stories.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead staff; cultivate a high‑performance culture and encourage innovation in digital learning and student engagement.
