Job summary

Noon Academy is seeking a visionary Head of Schools Program to lead the design and execution of nationwide educational initiatives. You will set the strategic direction, align programs with Noon’s goals, and oversee implementation, partnerships, and performance tracking.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure impact through data‑driven insights. Fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication, and experience in consulting or education leadership are

• 7+ years of experience, including 3–4 years in management consulting.
• Strong problem solving, solution design, and executive reporting.
• Skilled with tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; design tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is a must.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead staff; cultivate a high‑performance culture and encourage innovation in digital learning and student engagement.
