Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a Senior PR & Communications professional to manage external communications across its Commercial Division's Marketing function. You will lead PR, media relations, corporate messaging, openings/events, and sponsorship activations to protect and grow SEVEN's reputation and brand visibility.

You will coach the PR & Events team, manage budgets, ensure governance, and drive measurable outcomes across destinations. A strong leadership track record is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of total experience in PR/communications or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: CIPR Professional PR Diploma; APR or CMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement PR and external communication plans across SEVEN's destinations and attractions.
• Manage media relations and media monitoring to secure timely coverage and flag reputational issues early.
• Develop corporate communication content and messaging in line with SEVEN's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate openings and events with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate outbound sponsorship activations with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
• Apply media and channel selection to campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Track and report PR and media effectiveness to the Senior Manager - PR & Communications.
