Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional to lead operational planning in the hotel design lifecycle. The role requires overseeing all Rooms Division functions and ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and over 10 years of luxury hotel operations experience. This position is pivotal in optimizing operational efficiency and guest experience while working closely with various stakeholders.
Lead operational planning throughout the hotel design lifecycle.
Develop operational concepts and planning criteria for Rooms Division functions including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Relations, and back‑of‑house areas.
Review design proposals to optimize operational efficiency, guest experience, and asset performance.
Define operational workflows, space planning, and functional relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams—hotel operators, architects, and consultants—to ensure integrated operational planning.
Participate in design reviews, identify operational risks, and recommend improvements.
Develop operational planning standards and benchmark projects against industry best practices.
Partner with hotel operators to interpret brand standards and operational requirements while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and asset strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
10+ years of experience in luxury hotel operations, operational planning, design development, technical services, or hotel pre‑opening projects.
Strong leadership experience within Rooms Division or related hotel operations.
Experience working with hotel operators, architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest journey planning, and operational design.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
