Job summary

HETERO is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and governance for its Saudi Arabia operations. This executive role oversees budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and regulatory compliance in a regulated pharma environment.

The ideal candidate has 6-15 years of finance leadership, international exposure to GCC markets, and proven experience with US FDA/SFDA regulated contexts. This on-site role requires strategic leadership across geographies and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 6-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong pharma industry experience (API/formulations).
• Experience in GCC and Middle Eastern markets; based in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Experience handling US FDA / SFDA regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy aligned with global business objectives.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements; strengthen governance.
