Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in digital strategy and transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with digital payments, payment integration, collections and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems integration, transactions and cost optimization.
• Experience in operations, supply chain and business process digitalization.
• Advanced knowledge of web technologies, system integration, scalability and platform performance.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance and digital governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex digital initiatives and large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s digital strategy with measurable initiatives and KPIs.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of digital platforms, products, and services.
• Oversee e-commerce, digital business models, and high-volume transactions for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize digital payments platforms, reservations, inventory, and settlements.
• Lead integration of payment and financial systems for improved efficiency.
• Drive operations and supply chain digitalization with digital solutions.
• Oversee architecture, integration, scalability, performance, and lifecycle of web technologies.
• Ensure cybersecurity, information security, risk management, and governance.
• Lead complex digital initiatives with multiple stakeholders and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
