Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in credit risk, portfolio risk, or enterprise risk management in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience working in regulated environments like banking or fintech.
• Strong grasp of delinquency management, collections, and portfolio controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and own TradePay's enterprise credit risk framework and governance model.
• Develop and maintain credit collections, fraud, and operational risk policies.
• Lead future risk committee structures and mentor team members.
