• Minimum of 10‑15 years of progressive leadership experience within the agricultural sector, with a proven track record in managing large‑scale operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in diverse agricultural systems (large‑scale row crops, horticulture, livestock, aquaculture).
• Strong understanding of modern agricultural technologies, including precision agriculture, biotechnology, and digital farming solutions.
