Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in commercial, distribution, or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting cycle, monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare and review trial balances and financial statements.
• Monitor customer and vendor accounts and collections.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and review payment accounts.
• Control inventory, returns, damaged goods, and costing.
• Review e-commerce store sales and COD operations.
• Prepare profitability, cash flow, and aging of receivables reports.
• Review VAT and electronic invoicing.
• Develop internal controls to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Manage the accounting team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.
• Prepare clear and simplified financial reports for senior management.
