Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify any repair or maintenance needs
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
• Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
• Install new fixtures such as lights, faucets, and door handles
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete larger projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Good knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
