Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Greet guests by name and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide in-room and hotel familiarization.
• Assist guests with activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services.
