Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Grid Code Compliance Leader in Saudi Arabia to own the compliance strategy, establish milestones, and monitor regulatory interactions with SEC and other authorities. You will coordinate studies for dynamic and static grids, validate models, and drive issue resolution through cross-functional teams.

The role requires leading workshops, managing supplier coordination, and supporting commissioning and energization activities to ensure full-load operation with regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading grid compliance programs and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Grid Code and TRCG requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with regulators and transmission operators.
• Experience with dynamic and static grid studies.
• Ability to report risk and progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Grid Code Compliance Strategy and maintain the compliance roadmap.
• Coordinate regulator interactions and approval meetings.
• Oversee dynamic and static grid studies including DMAT and load flow.
• Coordinate OEM/contractor activities and model validation.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution.
• Support commissioning, energization, and start-up readiness.
