To oversee the processing of government transactions, licenses, and permits for the company, and to coordinate with government entities and internal departments to fulfill requirements and complete tasks on schedule. This role also involves tracking data and preparing reports and operational indicators to support decision-making.
Manage government transactions from initial application submission through to final completion, addressing any feedback or missing information in coordination with government entities.
Oversee the issuance, renewal, and amendment of licenses and permits; monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal procedures in a timely manner.
Coordinate and follow up with relevant government entities, including but not limited to:
Monitor regulations, bylaws, and procedures related to the department's operations, keeping the direct manager informed of updates and their impact on company business.
Coordinate with internal departments to secure the necessary documents, data, and approvals for government transactions and ensure their completion.
Follow up on observations from regulatory bodies and requirements for inspection visits, coordinating the necessary actions to resolve and close out these matters.
Update transaction, license, and document data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare periodic and statistical reports detailing transaction status, completion rates, reasons for delays, and outstanding requirements. Analyze operational data and submit recommendations to improve work processes and accelerate transaction completion.
Organize and maintain government documents and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and data confidentiality.
Escalate obstacles and issues requiring administrative intervention to the direct supervisor, outlining actions taken and proposed solutions.
Practical experience in government relations and tracking transactions with government entities.
Knowledge of regulations, bylaws, and procedures governing licenses, permits, and government transactions.
Experience in tracking transactions through to completion and addressing associated requirements and feedback.
Practical experience using ERP systems to monitor data and operational processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare reports and operational indicators, analyze data, and formulate recommendations.
Effective communication and coordination with government entities and internal departments.
Work organization, time management, and prioritization.
Accuracy in reviewing data and documents.
Continuous follow-up and problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple transactions and work under pressure.
