Job summary

Iduast company is seeking a seasoned Process and Quality Improvement lead to monitor operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance. The role requires strong technical capabilities to analyze metrics, report data, and guide systematic enhancements across production and process teams.

Responsibilities include planning and documenting process schemes, leading new-process R&D initiatives, organizing operator training, enforcing discipline with audits, and compiling process notices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or electrical engineering and automation.
• Intermediate or higher professional title in electrical or mechanical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development plan of the process department and formulate process schemes and documents.
• Prepare implementation plans for new‑process R&D and supervise the full R&D process.
• Organize departmental training for new operators and deliver training on key process points.
• Strengthen company‑wide process, tooling and material utilization management through inspections and audits.
• Organize the compilation of new‑product process notices, process specifications and work instructions; follow‑up on on‑site issues.
• Implement staff promotion, recruitment and competency development in line with manpower planning.
• Safety responsibilities: comply with Work Safety Law, HSSE responsibilities and ensure safe operations.

Job description

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process Planning：Lead the development plan of the process department, process technology development plan, formulation of process schemes, compilation of process measures and process documents, and conduct review for all the above‑mentioned deliverables.
• New‑Process Research：Prepare implementation plans for new‑process R&D based on new‑process R&D plans. Organize the process team to carry out new‑process project initiation, process tests, trial application, project summary and project acceptance, and supervise the whole R&D process.
• Process Training：In accordance with corporate training plans and workshop staff demands, organize departmental training for new workshop operators on basic process knowledge and key operational points. Deliver training on key process points for operators involved in new‑process adoption. Train relevant operators on corrective measures formulated for processes with quality issues. Complete other assigned process‑training tasks.
• Process Discipline Management：Strengthen company‑wide management of processes, tooling and material utilization through routine patrol inspections, special process‑discipline inspections and safety‑civilization inspections. Supervise and inspect the implementation of process documents and process discipline within production departments, so as to guarantee safe, reliable and stable operation of product quality and all production & business activities.
• Process Document Management：Organize the compilation of new‑product process notices, process specifications and work instructions according to structural features and processing requirements of new products. Conduct on‑site follow‑up and inspection, record on‑site problems encountered and corresponding solutions. Improve new processes based on process summaries.
• Process Team Building: Implement staff promotion, recruitment and competency development in line with departmental manpower planning.

Safety Responsibilities

In compliance with the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, company safety management systems and post safety accountability requirements, acquire safety knowledge and skills within the scope of duties. Bear primary responsibility in performing job duties, and performance shall be assessed in accordance with the HSSE responsibility letter.

Job Qualifications

1. Educational Background

Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above

Major: Mechanical Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering and Automation

Professional Certificate: Intermediate or higher‑level professional title in electrical or mechanical discipline

2. Work Experience

Industry Experience: Over 15 years of working experience in relevant fields of this position.

Management Experience: At least 2‑year working experience in relevant positions at grassroots units of TBEA subsidiaries or industry benchmark enterprises; being a core employee in corresponding positions of the joint‑stock company, or having served as deputy‑manager‑and‑above roles in business units or equivalent posts at benchmark enterprises.

Cross‑function Experience: Candidates with product‑design background are preferred; prior working experience in marketing, enterprise administration or production is a plus.
