Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a proactive Recruiter to identify and engage qualified people for open positions within the Company. You will source candidates, present opportunities, conduct first-stage interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers while maintaining Assetara’s knowledge base and recruitment standards.

Remote/global role with onboarding support and opportunities to contribute to an international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or talent acquisition is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic CRM/spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Engage potential employees through networks, boards, social media, referrals.
• Candidate Communication: Explain opportunities clearly and answer questions.
• Company Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara and recruitment materials.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage meetings per day via Zoom/Meet.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess fit and refer candidates to hiring managers.
• Recruitment Records: Document feedback in CRM and tracking tools.
