Job summary

Keeta is hiring a Business Process Governance Expert to build scalable governance frameworks and end-to-end processes across markets. You will translate policies into systems, automation, and AI capabilities while partnering with Product, Technology, Data, Legal and Risk teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in operations design and governance, with strong analytical skills and cross-functional influence. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Process Design, Policy Governance, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience designing end-to-end processes, governance and SOPs.
• Experience standardizing processes across markets with local needs.
• Ability to translate rules into system requirements and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Process Governance: build and maintain governance frameworks, policies and SOPs.
• Standards & Scalable Operations: create standards libraries and version control for global/local needs.
• Rules to Systems & AI: translate rules into product/system requirements and AI workflows.
• Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement: define risk levels, review standards, and drive improvements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align with Business, Product, Technology, Data, Legal and Risk.
