Saudi Aramco seeks a highly experienced Org & Mgmt Specialist to join the Organizational Consulting Department. You will shape enterprise-wide operating model transformation solutions, align across business lines, and enable execution of strategic initiatives.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive governance, organizational effectiveness, and complex program delivery, with responsibility for post-merger integration and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting with expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale consulting initiatives within complex multinational organizations.
• Strong command of organization design and process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model and organization design engagements across diverse entities.
• Assess current-state structures; design future-state governance, spans of control, and workflows.
• Develop standardized frameworks and toolkits for operating model projects.
• Provide executive-level advisory on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
