Job summary

A leading cybersecurity firm based in Riyadh is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Engineer. The role includes providing both onsite and remote IT support across systems and applications, managing helpdesk tickets, and ensuring optimal IT operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or System Administration, be fluent in English, and possess strong knowledge in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or System Administration.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony, especially Avaya, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software.
  • Answer helpdesk calls and manage tickets.
  • Deliver first-line support for system administration tasks.
