Haleon is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial controlling, closing, and statutory reporting within a multinational framework. You’ll drive accuracy in fixed assets, depreciation, IFRS16 calculations, and master data integrity while coordinating with EY and tax authorities.

You will partner with the GCC BSR team, provide insightful analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews, and push automation across reporting using SAP, Fiori, and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, month-end close, statutory reporting, and accounting in multinationals.
• Strong experience in audit, compliance, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure tax obligations (VAT, local WHT, offshore taxes, CIT) are filed accurately and paid on time.
• Manage full month-end close and trial balance review with MEC compliance and deadlines.
• Provide data and insights to GCC BSR and support monthly/quarterly reviews with Controller.
• Maintain accuracy of fixed asset reporting including depreciation, IFRS16, FA reconciliations, and WBS settlements.
• Manage tax compliance including monthly tax declarations, tax packs, TP reports, VAT/WHT/Royalty, coordinating with EY and authorities.
• Maintain and update master data (GL, cost centers, WBS, assets) and support Genpact/GCC during MEC/MDM.
• Drive automation and standardization across reporting processes using SAP, Fiori, and BI reports.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all tax obligations including VAT, local WHT, offshore taxes, and CIT are filed accurately and paid before their respective deadlines.
• Manage full Month‑End Close and perform trial balance review, ensure MEC compliance with corporate calendar, and coordinate deadline extensions when required.
• Provide data and insights to GCC BSR team and support monthly and quarterly reviews with Controller.
• Maintain accuracy of fixed asset reporting including depreciation review, IFRS16 calculations, FA reconciliations, and WBS settlements.
• Manage tax compliance including monthly tax declarations, tax pack preparation, TP reports, VAT/WHT/Royalty, and coordination with EY and tax authorities.
• Maintain and update master data (GL, CC, WBS, Assets) and support Genpact/GCC during MEC and MDM activities.
• Drive automation and standardization across reporting processes using SAP, Fiori and BI reports.

Qualifications and skills

• Essential Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, month‑end close, statutory reporting, and accounting within multinational organizations.
• Strong experience in audit, compliance, and internal controls is essential to ensure adherence to IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Strong compliance mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excel, Data Management Tool Preferred
• Extensive hands‑on experience in SAP, BISON, Cadency, and global reporting systems.
• Strong background, tax compliance, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
