Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead and manage a security services company providing manned guarding and integrated security solutions across multiple sites and sectors. The role is responsible for overall business performance, operational excellence, business development, and client relationship management, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. This position will oversee security operations, contracts, workforce deployment, and financial performance while strengthening the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Management
- Define and execute the company’s strategy, business plans, and growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through business development, market expansion, and client acquisition.
- Oversee corporate governance, policies, and operational frameworks.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Lead BD activities including opportunity identification, proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, facility managers, and government entities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, contract retention, and long-term partnerships.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end security operations, including manned guarding, site supervision, and incident management.
- Ensure effective deployment, scheduling, and performance of security personnel across all sites.
- Monitor service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations, licensing requirements, and security standards.
- Oversee QHSE compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.
- Monitor margins, payroll costs, and operational efficiency.
- Approve pricing strategies, contract variations, and commercial terms.
- Lead, develop, and manage security operations teams and site supervisors.
- Oversee recruitment, training, certification, and performance management of security personnel.
- Promote a disciplined, professional, and client-focused security culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the security services industry, with 7–10 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
- Proven experience managing manned guarding operations and large security workforces.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi security regulations, MOI requirements, and licensing frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in business development and key client management.
