A leading accident and repair group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee multiple bodyshops and ensure operational excellence. This senior role involves modernising repair practices, integrating new technologies, and maintaining strong commercial relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience and strong skills in communication and negotiation. An opportunity has arisen for a professional General Manager (Bodyshops) to assume full operational responsibility for our client, a leading accident and repair group with several bodyshops located in key regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a senior operational appointment within a growing and ambitious organisation committed to the highest standards of technical excellence and customer service.
Based in Jeddah, you will lead the modernisation of operational practices and the continuous enhancement of repair quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the integration of the latest repair technologies, including advanced techniques for aluminium, high‑strength steel, and electric vehicles. You will also oversee the development of complementary bodyshop services that strengthen customer retention and profitability.
A vital aspect of the role will involve maintaining strong commercial relationships with insurers and strategic partners, ensuring that all agreements are managed with integrity and professionalism. You will also direct the establishment and successful launch of new centres, thereby expanding the company’s national footprint and technical capability.
The successful candidate will currently hold senior responsibility for multiple profitable bodyshops and will possess no fewer than seven years of management experience in a comparable leadership capacity. You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of modern repair processes, workshop technologies, and associated operational systems, with particular knowledge of EV and aluminium repair programmes.
Your approach will combine sound commercial acumen with the ability to motivate and develop teams, foster a culture of accountability and quality, and deliver sustainable growth across all business units. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
