We are looking for a Sales Manager for EASAMC (SE Dammam factory) to grow our business across industrial segments in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, pipeline creation, and strategic account management, with full ownership of assigned segments and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and account strategy for assigned segments and key customers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and opportunity development
  • Acquire new customers and grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Coordinate internally to deliver customer solutions and commitments
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Solid understanding of project-based and solution selling
  • Experience in the Saudi market is mandatory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
