Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead GenAI initiatives for Downstream Oil & Gas and refinery operations in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role focuses on discovery, design, implementation and scaling of AI-powered solutions with stakeholders across engineering, IT and leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with refinery teams, and drive end-to-end delivery from PoC to production.

Qualifications

8–10 years total experience with 5–6 years in technical product management or related leadership roles.
Strong understanding of Downstream Oil & Gas processes and refinery operations.
Hands-on experience delivering AI or GenAI products in complex enterprise settings.
Excellent stakeholder management and roadmap planning skills.
Experience integrating enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, PI, maintenance platforms).

Responsibilities

Own vision, roadmap and strategy for GenAI products supporting refinery workflows and Downstream operations.
Conduct discovery sessions and user research on-site with refinery teams.
Translate refinery requirements into scalable enterprise product capabilities.
Lead end-to-end GenAI delivery from PoC to production deployment.
Define requirements for AI copilots, decision-support tools and knowledge assistants.
