Job summary

Artefact Middle East is seeking a Gemini Director (Agentic AI) to lead the Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI offering. This client-facing role blends solution architecture, hands-on engineering, technical pre-sales and business development.

You will partner with Artefact leadership, Google Cloud, and senior client stakeholders to spot opportunities, shape solutions, build demos and PoCs, and scale them into production AI programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a GenAI Architect, AI Solution Architect or similar.
• Hands-on track record building enterprise apps with frontier LLMs.
• Strong grasp of agentic AI, RAG, tool use and LLMOps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI opportunities across clients.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos and PoCs.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases and roadmaps.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions using Gemini, Vertex AI and integrations.

• Embed governance, security, observability and human-approval controls.

Gemini Director (Agentic AI) — Artefact Middle East

Artefact MENA is looking for a client-facing Gemini Director to lead the Gemini Enterprise & Agentic AI offering.

This is a hybrid role involving solution architecture, hands-on engineering, technical pre-sales and business development.

You'll partner with Artefact leadership, Google Cloud, and senior client stakeholders to spot opportunities, shape solutions, build demos and PoCs, and scale them into production AI programmes.

What you'll do as the Gemini Director (Agentic AI):

• Identify and shape Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI opportunities across new and existing clients
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, pitches and PoCs
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Design enterprise-grade solutions using Gemini, Vertex AI, AI agents, RAG, tool use and enterprise integrations
• Build prototypes and production solutions using Python, APIs, SDKs and cloud-native tech
• Embed evaluation, security, governance, observability and human-approval controls
• Help clients adopt Gemini Enterprise and AI-assisted development across their engineering lifecycle. Partner closely with Google Cloud on joint accounts, propositions and reusable solutions
• Support proposals, technical estimations and commercial discussions
• Turn early PoCs into enterprise-scale AI transformation programmes

What you bring

• Experience as a GenAI Architect, AI Solution Architect, Lead AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer or AI Solutions Engineer
• Hands-on track record building enterprise applications with frontier LLMs
• Strong grasp of agentic AI, RAG, tool use, context engineering, evaluation and LLMOps
• Solid Python, API integration and cloud engineering skills
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud, AWS or Azure
• Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business leaders
• Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering or client-led business development
• Ability to carry an opportunity from first idea through architecture, prototype and production
• An entrepreneurial, commercially-minded approach to building a new offering
• Gemini/Google Cloud experience is a strong plus — but deep experience with other frontier-model platforms works too
