Hilton seeks a Front Office Receptionist to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a seamless arrival experience. You will provide hotel information and local guidance, assist with requests, and promote hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction.

You’ll use the POS system for transactions, handle inquiries, and collaborate with team members to maintain Hilton’s renowned hospitality standard. This role is full-time and on-site in a hotel setting.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process with room assignment and keys
• Process guest departures; verify charges and handle payments using the POS system
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist with guest inquiries
• Promote hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly, and manage messages and communications
