Job summary

Antal International client seeks an experienced FP&A Manager in Riyadh to lead financial planning, forecasting and GTN management across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail. You will drive profitability, budgeting cycles and joint business plans with key retailers, while maintaining strong financial controls and strategic partnership with the CFO – KSA.

The role requires 5+ years of FP&A/commercial finance experience in FMCG, solid Excel/SAP expertise, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience in FMCG/retail.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTN management, trade spend, rebates and retailer deductions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting cycles and scenario planning.
• Provide profitability analysis for customer, product and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on JBPs and commercial negotiations.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
