Job summary

EY's Forensic & Integrity Services offers a role for an Assistant Manager in the MENA Forensics team, focusing on compliance and risk assessments. You will work on diverse projects across regulatory frameworks, anti-fraud governance and internal controls, developing policies and KPIs while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least three years of relevant financial crime compliance (AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery, corruption and fraud) experience.
• Strong understanding of regulators' and international organisations (e.g., FATF) expectations.
• Knowledge of global risk and regulatory environment, especially FCC developments.
• Industry certification CAMS or ICA AML.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee services related to regulatory compliance, FCC, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal controls for clients.
• Assist clients in setting up anti-fraud units by designing governance frameworks and developing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with client risk management teams to understand, develop and report key risk indicators.
• Package project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products and act as a subject matter expert to shape services to client problems.
• Drive improvements in business processes and ensure teams comply with QRM guidelines.
