We are currently hiring Food Delivery Couriers for our growing team in Umluj. As a Food Delivery Courier you will be responsible for delivering food orders from various restaurants to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent time management skills as well as the ability to navigate through busy city streets with ease.

Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and ensure all items are accounted for
• Plan the most efficient route for delivery based on order locations
• Safely transport food orders to customers while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional and timely in all interactions with customers
• Collect payments from customers and handle cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle at all times
• Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Umluj
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation (motorcycle or car)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to navigate through city streets using maps or GPS systems
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 20kg
• Previous experience in food delivery or courier services is preferred but not required
