Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building, fire and accessibility codes and standards.
• Experience leading project teams and developing estimates and proposals.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct engineering activities and oversee multiple scopes of work.
• Prepare and present technical reports and manage contractual discussions with the client.
• Serve as a key player in technical decisions and business development.
• Chair internal coordination meetings and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and monitor the project risk register and deliverables schedule.
