You will diagnose technical issues, provide timely solutions, and collaborate with field, design, and product service teams to uphold equipment integrity.

The role includes leading root cause analyses, preparing technical presentations for leadership and customers, and traveling to customer locations to support outages and service proposals

Qualifications

• Experience in design engineering or field maintenance/customer service facing role.
• Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution using product knowledge and engineering principles.
• Escalate issues and liaise between field and design engineering to drive resolution.
