CROWN KSA is seeking a skilled Front End Mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of vehicles and heavy equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our fleet.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and brakes, repairing parts, and maintaining accurate service records. CDL may be required for certain roles, and lifting heavy objects is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front End Mechanic or similar role in an industrial or fleet environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, including trucks, forklifts, and other industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety standards.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
